After a lot of thought and sleepless nights, we’ve decided to make some huge changes at SILCo in St Ives. Since opening four years ago, we’re incredibly proud of what we created in our little corner of the harbour. But sometimes you just need a change — for us, for you, for everyone really.

So from 23rd of March 2026, we won’t be taking bookings going forward. Our menu will be completely different. There’ll be no more table service — instead things will be faster paced, more relaxed, and a lot more fun. Don't worry, Happy Hour (15:00- 17:00 | £5 drinks and food deals) and our signature drinks list aren't going anywhere. From the 24th, just pop up to the bar whenever you’re ready to order and we’ll take care of the rest.

Whilst our offering in St Ives is changing, if your craving some Silco classics, come see us at our pop-up venue, The Buttermarket, Redruth. We'll be serving up some of the original Silco favourites alongside some new dishes. Open everyday Tuesday - Saturday.
