We live by the sea and we’re obsessive about the environment
Our drinks come in glass bottles designed to use 30% less glass per 100ml than a standard UK spirits bottle. The tamper seals are compostable and made from natural cellulose fibres that come from renewable wood pulp. Plant-based varnishes for the labels. All website orders are shipped with paper packaging.
No plastic anywhere.
In our Bar & Kitchen, nothing is rushed and everything is made from scratch. We use local ingredients that are free range and ethically sourced from suppliers we know and trust – fresh-caught fish from the sea outside our window, meats from nearby farms, seasonal veg that grows here in the UK.
