From Yarg cheese to Fal Oysters, our region has produced some absolute classics. We’re three brothers who set out to create a drinks brand great enough to make that list – along with a harbour-side bar and kitchen to complete the experience.

Our secret ingredient is the one flavour that’s never been captured. The energy of St. Ives. Our home town. It’s calm and chaos. Vibrant summers and bone cold winters, a still harbour and a wild Atlantic, all-night parties and peaceful walks, it’s all here. A creative town full of contrasts and contradictions – just like us.
